In March 2008 the Grand Hotel Excelsior Vittoria has been in Chicago at the Drake Hotel & Carlucci resataurant for a week of italian cuisine prepared by our chef Vincenzo Galano.

On that occasion we were invited at the CBS2 to prepare a few dishes live on tv.
