Confirmation of Booking

Confirmation of booking has to be made in writing within the period specified by the Hotel and an earnest of money is to be paid as confirmation fee, followed by different deposits based on estimated cost of the event;  as follow:

-          10%  as an earnest upon confirmation of the event

-          30%  deposit 60 days prior to the event’s begin

-          30%  deposit 30 days prior to the event’s begin - together with the final booking position of the group

-          The remaining 30% will be paid within 30 days of  receipt of the invoice. Different terms of payments can be accepted only after a written agreement between the  parties. If the payment is not made within the above mentioned terms, interest will automatically accrue from the first day after the maturity without a default action. (Dir. CEE 2000/35/CE – D. Lgs. 9-10-2002 n.231). Interest on arrears is 9,09 % until the expiring date ( 30^th June 2006). After this date the percentage will be updated every six months, according law N. 231 art. 5, 9^th October 2002.

Cancellation Policy

Should the Client cancel the booking , a charge will be made equivalent to any loss suffered by the Hotel as explained in the following conditions:

-          Any cost incurred for a particular function that otherwise would not have been incurred will be charged in the event of cancellation.

-          Total refund of the earnest of  money in case of cancellation 120 days before arrival, less 10% for handling fees

-          Refund of 50% of the earnest in case of cancellation 90 days before arrival.

-          Less than 60 days before arrival no refund of the earnest.

-          Cancellation within the 60 days and back  to 30 days before arrival, no refund of the 30% deposit.

-          Cancellation within the 30 days before arrival, no refund of the 30% deposit.

Minimum guaranteed

A minimum of guaranteed participants for meals must be communicated at least 10 days prior to the event. The difference between expected minimum and actual presences should be no more than 5%.
